We received the call Thursday, (September 18th) from Vica that our referral was received and we needed to travel to Russia by the following Monday (September 22). Surprisingly we received info on the children. We have been matched with 2.5 year old twins (sister and brother)!!!!!! We will be traveling September 22th- September 28th to meet them. We will be meeting them for the 1st time on Wednesday the 24th (Dad's B-day).
We are "VERY EXCITED" and have been running around ever since getting the paperwork and travel arrangements completed and meeting with the doctor. We had a great visit with the doctor and then we had a great time buying fun toys and games to help with our medical evaluation and of course just to have fun with!
We'll try to update the blog while in Russia and definitely after we return. WHoooo Hooo! Any thoughts, prays and wishes are welcome!!!
