Home for 6 Months!!

It's been an unbelievably quick 6 months since we arrived home with Roman. We thought we'd just share some photos and let you all know that Roman is doing great! He now speaks constantly, although sometimes his words are a little butchered and difficult to understand. He's definitely a little mamma's boy, but in a good way. Day Care/School has been very beneficial to him for socialization and communication. Would you believe it if I told you he's grown over 3 inches in 6 months!! I think we have a giant on our hands. Strange though, with all of this growth physically and cognitively, he seems to eat less and less and is pickier and pickier. All I can figure is that his body was starved for better nutrition when we initially brought him home, hence the ravenous appetite early on. Now that his body is nutritionally caught up, perhaps it's begun to properly regulate his intake. I wish mine still did that (LOL!). He recently has developed a habit of playing with his hair whenever he's eating, hence whatever he's eating ends up squished in his hair. Hopefully he outgrows this soon. He looks just a little weird with mashed potato styled hair spikes.
